 The first SIUNA convention took place March 23-28, 1942 in the port of San Francisco. This photo of the delegates (taken from the LOG archives) was snapped at that meeting. Sixty-five years later, the Paul Hall Center for Maritime Training and Education in Piney Point, Md. was the venue for the 2007 Quinquennial Convention of the SIUNA.
