Seafarers 401(k) forms available (1/4)

Several forms pertaining to the new Seafarers 401(k) Plan have been posted in the Member Benefits and Resources section at www.seafarers.org/members/401k. The documents include an enrollment kit, an introductory letter, a list of Plan highlights and more.
Seafarers 401(k) Plan enrollment booklets and instructional DVDs were mailed to Seafarers in December. Any active SIU member who hasn’t received those items may call union headquarters at 800-252-4674 or Smith Barney at 800-421-5127.
