ITF: Tanker accident 'symptom of deeper problems' (12/3)

The International Transport Workers' Federation (ITF) recently issued two news releases concerning the runaway-flag tanker Prestige, involved in a major oil spill off the northwest coast of Spain.

The Prestige sank Nov. 19 in an area known as the Galicia Bank, roughly 130 miles west of Spain and Portugal.

Check out the ITF releases HERE and HERE.
